How to Enable “Do Not Disturb” for Your Device

As more and more of our daily lives are consumed by screens, whether it be at work or at home, it becomes increasingly more difficult to just unplug for a moment. If you’re having trouble reigning in your own screen time, then the “Do Not Disturb” feature on iOS and Android will help keep the blinking and buzzing at bay for you.

Do Not Disturb mode allows you to enjoy some peace and quiet, while queueing up all of your alerts for you for when you’re ready (and awake).

By setting up ground rules with your phone ahead of time, you can ensure it won’t bother you when you’re trying to wind down for the night. Maybe #TechTipTuesday will be your best night of sleep this week!
